Over her 16 year career, Wendy Westcott has made an art of matching great people with great properties. Born and raised in Westport, Connecticut, Wendy originally taught art and pursued a career in design at Anne Klein Studios and the Society of Publication Designers in New York after completing her education at Clark University and the Maryland Institute of the Arts.
Wendy became involved in Property Management when marriage took her briefly to the West Coast, and since returning to Connecticut 14 years ago she has continued brokering real estate in addition to owning and partnering in two businesses dedicated to providing solutions to homeowners. Room for Improvement focused on staging and interior redesign, her current venture assists clients in optimizing the value of their home renovations.
"As a Connecticut native, I provide a perspective that can educate and inform buyers who want a clear sense of where their dollar will go furthest, and which areas fit their lifestyle. And for sellers, I have a knack for simplifying an often complicated process."
